Firstly, we would like to extend a huge thank you for your personal investment in planning our itinerary over the last six months. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and flexibility were greatly appreciated. Your prompt responses and willingness to assist with anything we needed made our experience so much smoother and truly memorable.

We also want to share feedback on the drivers and tour guides. They were all extremely accommodating, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. The guides, in particular, were very knowledgeable and passionate about their work, which made the tours even more enjoyable. The only slight feedback would be regarding Hong—though he was incredibly invested in us, we found his English a bit more challenging to understand compared to the other guides. It’s not a negative comment, just something to keep in mind.

As for our itinerary, you absolutely nailed it! We had an amazing time and were truly impressed with the experiences you curated. One small suggestion would be to better understand the travel times and distances within Ho Chi Minh City. Looking back, combining the Mekong Delta and Cu Chi Tunnels on the same day might have been more efficient as there was a lot of travel time over two separate days.

In terms of accommodation, we were extremely pleased with all of our hotels in Vietnam. The quality and location were either exactly what we expected or exceeded our expectations, and we had no issues at all. However, our stay at the Angkor Paradise Hotel in Cambodia was a bit disappointing. The hotel felt outdated, and the service did not match the high standards we experienced in Vietnam. Additionally, there was a significant mosquito issue at night, which was a concern for some of our guests.

That being said, Cambodia itself was an unexpected gem. Despite not having been there before, we ended up with a fantastic experience and learned a lot. For next time, we would likely reduce the number of temple visits to better align with our interests, but Phat was a wonderful guide—so knowledgeable and humble, which made the experience even better.

Overall, we are incredibly happy with our trip and the memories we’ve made. We truly appreciate all your efforts in making this holiday so special, and we would not hesitate to recommend Style Travel to our family and friends. We will definitely be in touch again should we plan a return to Vietnam or Cambodia.
