Please take a moment to carefully review these terms and conditions. By booking online or signing our reservation form via email, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our booking conditions and agree to these terms on behalf of everyone in your party. These terms and conditions form a contract with Style Travel. By accessing our site, you agree to abide by these terms. Although the terms and conditions are accurate at the time of publication, they may be updated without prior notice. Any changes will be promptly posted on the website. However, if alterations occur after your deposit has been made, the terms and conditions that were in effect at the time of the deposit will remain applicable.
Pricing
All tour prices listed on our website are valid until September 30, 2026. They are net rates quoted in US Dollars per person.
What’s Included in the Quoted Programs
As outlined in the itinerary.
Deposit Information
You can make your deposit payment via Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Western Union, or PayPal. A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. If the total amount is less than US$1,000, a 50% deposit will be required instead.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due 7 working days prior to the departure date or can be paid in cash upon arrival, provided that both parties agree to this arrangement.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. If unforeseen circumstances affect your travel plans, we are here to help you with the cancellation process and facilitate your refund. Our refund rates are based on the policies of our suppliers and can be summarized as follows:
Cancellation Policy for Land Tours & Accommodations (1-4 rooms per night at the hotel)
- 45 days or more before arrival: No cancellation fee
- 44-30 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 15% of the total price
- 29-15 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 35% of the total price
- 14-2 days prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 65% of the total price
- Less than 48 hours before arrival or no-show: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total price
Flights
Once flight tickets are issued, they are non-refundable. However, changes to the date and time of the flight can be made for an additional fee.
To prevent any financial loss for our customers, we will do our best to negotiate in the event of a late cancellation.
Refund for Unused Services
Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transportation, or any other services included in the tour price that are not used by the participant.
Receipt
A travel receipt will be provided by Style Travel once the trip is confirmed and the deposit/payment has been processed. The receipt will be emailed to the passenger.
Liability and Insurance
Style Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage experienced by passengers due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions, or unrest; these risks are the responsibility of the passengers.
All passengers must obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may impact accommodations and itineraries. In such cases, we will strive to provide suitable alternatives of comparable value. Participation in any tour indicates full acceptance of these conditions by all parties involved.
Confirmation
All confirmations are typically sent via email within one working day. If immediate confirmation is not feasible, we will update you on the status of your booking at the time of reservation.
