Terms & Conditions

Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our booking conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Style Travel. By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions are valid at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted o­n the website immediately. However, should the terms and conditions change after the deposit is paid, the terms and conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply.


All the tour prices on our website are valid till September 30, 2024. Nett and quoted in American Dollar per person.


Included in quoted programs
As per itinerary.


Deposit payment can be settled by Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Western Union or Paypal. Deposits are 25% of the booking total is required at booking. (If the total amount is less than US$500, 50% deposit will be applied).


Cancellation and Refund
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via email. If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers’ requirements, and can be summarized as follows:


Tour & Accommodations (1-4 rooms for each night at the hotel)
-Beyond 45 days before arrival day: NO cancellation charge
-Between 45 and 30 days before arrival day: cancellation fee is 15% of the price
-Between 29 and 15 days before arrival day: cancellation fee is 35% of the price
-Between 14 and 02 days before arrival day: cancellation fee is 65% of the price
-Less than 48 hours before arrival day or no show: cancellation fee is 100% of the price
-Change flight times/dates: US$19/ticket/time
-Refund, re-route fee: 35% – 45% of full fare

To avoid any money lose for customers, we will negotiate our best in case the late cancellation happens.


Final Payment
The balance will be paid 07 days before the departure date or settled by cash upon arrival but the agreement must be accepted by both sides.


Refund of Unused Services
No refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.


Travel receipt will be issued by Style Travel after the booked trip is confirmed and deposit/payment is completed. The receipt will be sent by email to passenger.


Liability and Insurance
Style Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers.
Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.


All confirmations are generally confirmed by return e-mail within 1 working day. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
