What an amazing experience that we had in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. We contacted Lisa from style travel about six months prior to our trip not really knowing a whole lot about her or the company and she made our planning process so easy. We may changes along the way which she had no problem, accommodating, and even made a change during the trip on a Saturday, and she made sure that it was all taken care of. Our drivers and guides arrived exactly at the time they said they were supposed to be and kept us on schedule and showed us everything that we wanted to see. We made slight scheduling modifications during the day to make sure that we got to see what we wanted to see in case we had bad weather. But the fortunately weather didn’t impact our trip at all. The boat we were supposed to go onto to Halgon Bay Was damaged due to a typhoon, but Lisa proactively made the changes to ensure that we could still go on the boat ride for the evening. All of the hotels, that were mostly four and five star, that she booked for us. We’re all beautiful and in perfect locations. They were all central to the activities that we wanted to do. The food that was provided as part of the trip was all authentic and delicious. Lisa checked on us often during the trip and even came to visit us while we were in Hanoi. I have friends and family that want to book a trip to Southeast Asia and visit many of the same countries we went to and would 100% , recommend Lisa and style travel for their planning. I hope in the near future to be able to travel and see more of these beautiful countries and will definitely use Lisa again for the planning process.
