PAYMENT METHOD

We accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer or Western Union. Please use the following details to complete your transaction:

Style Travel is an authorized partner of VTC Pay (https://vtcpay.vn) and OnePay (https://onepay.vn), enabling us to securely accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or JCB card. With VTC Pay/OnePay’s secure payment gateway, your international transactions are fully protected. After we process your booking, we will generate an order and send you a payment link for easy completion.

4. Payment via Western Union

To send money via Western Union, you can visit an authorized bank agent where Western Union services are available and follow their instructions. Alternatively, you can send money online by visiting Western Union’s website: www.westernunion.com. After registering with Western Union, simply send the payment using the details provided below:

Once the payment is made, you will receive a receipt with an MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) consisting of 10 digits. Please email us the following details: the sender’s full name, country, amount sent, and the MTCN to info@vietnamstyletravel.com.

REFUND POLICY

In the event that unforeseen situations affect your travel plans in our destinations, we are here to help with the cancellation process and arrange a refund where applicable. Our refund conditions are based on the policies of our service providers and are outlined below:

Land Tour & Hotel Booking (1–4 rooms per night across all properties)

• More than 45 days before arrival: No cancellation charges apply
• Between 44 and 30 days prior to arrival: A fee of 15% cancellation fee will be charged
• From 29 to 15 days before the trip: A fee of 35% cancellation fee will apply
• From 14 to 2 days before arrival: A fee of 65% of the total price will be deducted
• Within 48 hours of arrival or in the case of a no-show: No refund and full amount will be charged

Flight Ticket

Once flight tickets are issued, they are non-refundable. However, changes to the travel date or time may be permitted, subject to an additional fee.

In the case of a last-minute cancellation, we will make every effort to negotiate with the airline on your behalf to minimize any financial loss.
