Once the payment is made, you will receive a receipt with an MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) consisting of 10 digits. Please email us the following details: the sender’s full name, country, amount sent, and the MTCN to info@vietnamstyletravel.com.

 

REFUND POLICY

In the event that unforeseen situations affect your travel plans in our destinations, we are here to help with the cancellation process and arrange a refund where applicable. Our refund conditions are based on the policies of our service providers and are outlined below:

 

Land Tour & Hotel Booking (1–4 rooms per night across all properties)

• More than 45 days before arrival: No cancellation charges apply
• Between 44 and 30 days prior to arrival: A fee of 15% cancellation fee will be charged
• From 29 to 15 days before the trip: A fee of 35% cancellation fee will apply
• From 14 to 2 days before arrival: A fee of 65% of the total price will be deducted
• Within 48 hours of arrival or in the case of a no-show: No refund and full amount will be charged

Flight Ticket

Once flight tickets are issued, they are non-refundable. However, changes to the travel date or time may be permitted, subject to an additional fee.

In the case of a last-minute cancellation, we will make every effort to negotiate with the airline on your behalf to minimize any financial loss.
