Payment by money transfer service of Western Union. It is very fast and suitable for last minute bookings, or bookings that need confirming shortly. Currently, many of banks in the world have it. REFUND
If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans in our countries, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers’ requirements, and can be summarized as follows:

Tour & Accommodations (1-4 rooms for each night at all the hotels)
-Beyond 45 days before arrival day: NO cancellation charge
-Between 45 and 30 days before arrival day: cancellation fee is 15% of the price
-Between 29 and 15 days before arrival day: cancellation fee is 35% of the price
-Between 14 and 02 days before arrival day: cancellation fee is 65% of the price
-Less than 48 hours before arrival day or no show: cancellation fee is 100% of the price

Flights
– Change flight times/dates: US$19/ticket/time
– Refund, re-route fee: 35% – 50% of full fare.

To avoid any money lose for customers, we will negotiate our best in case the late cancellation happens.
