You and Style Tours was recommended to me by a friend who spoke highly of your service, advise and courtesy and I absolutely second the recommendation.
Your experience of Vietnam was evident from the first draft of a selected tour, through to the execution of the tour and you being on hand to answer all our many questions and change of itinerary to suit our changing needs during the tour.
The guides at all the destinations were extremely helpful, very professional, knowledgeable and informative which made the holiday memorable. The arranged private day tours gave us a understanding of the history of Vietnam and its various ethnic groups and the included lunches much appreciated.
The drivers were experienced, courteous and helpful they all did an excellent job of getting us safely to our various destinations. The 11 seater vans were very comfortable for the 6 of us.
The hotels were clean, comfortable and centrally located which helped during free time. The inclusion of a free day at Hoian was a welcome day to rest and shop.
The Starlight Cruise at Hanlon Bay was an enjoyable and relaxed time.

Your staff, the guides and the drivers were excellent and very knowledgeable.
They looked after all our requests very professionally and ensured our trip was enjoyable! We thank them for their service.

The hotels were mostly good apart from the last one in Ho Chi Minh City, the rooms were extremely small and dark! Fortunately Owen and I were able to upgrade for a price! The staff were as helpful as possible but had a big problem with English and the room service was almost nonexistent! We would not recommend that hotel to anyone.

The best hotel in my opinion was the “White Lotus”
The cruise arrangements at Halong Bay were also great .
