We enjoyed very much our trip in Vietnam and we were very satisfied with how the tour guides and drivers took care of us. The cruise was fantastic and the hotels were good too. The only challenging night we had was in Hue where the hotel was very good, however the rooms were too humid. There is nothing much you can do about that though as we cannot control nature and the hotel staff were very nice – they brought us a heater which helped.

Once again – thank you for the trip. We will recommend your agency without any hesitation to any of our friends planning to visit Vietnam.

Vacation is over and of course it is work time now. Everything was very good, guides and their English also. My personal opinion is that only the food in the last day’s restaurant (in Ninh Binh) was not good and the cruise ship owner (Oriental Sails) should change the pictures of the rooms in their web site, because they are photoshoped and do not exactly represent the rooms as they are. But that does not have anything to do with your service, and I already recommend you to my friends!
P.S. you should include in your program that in Ninh Binh the boat ride is to King Kong Skull Island, we were very surprised when we got there and understand that this was the actual film set J
