How are you? At the outset, a big THANK YOU to you and team at Style Travel for facilitating an excellent holiday for Sonia and me! Since you`ve asked specifically for our input, here are our top-line comments for each of the 3 countries we experienced:-

VIETNAM:

Royal Hotel : Average

Hanoi Pearl Hotel : Good

La Vela Cruise : Excellent (Big thanks to Jacky & Teddy on board!)

Guide – HMC            : Excellent; Very knowledgeable and explains really well. Probably the best guide we had; Great temperament!!

Guide – Hanoi (Kien) : Not good; Nice guy but not knowledgeable at all; Doesn’t explain nor does he know his stuff.

LAOS:

Kiri Dara Hotel : Simply amazing (we`ll go back there)

Ansara Hotel : Ok

Guide – L. Prabang (SyVonne): Excellent; Very knowledgeable and explains well.

Guide – Vientiane (Sak) : Good; Nice guy; Explains well..

CAMBODIA:

Somadeva Angkor Hotel : Ok

Teav Boutiq Hotel : Very Good

Guide – Siem Reap (Sarat) : Good; Explains really well; Friendly chap

Guide – Phnom Penh (Chanda): Good; Nice lady who explains well and is helpful.

Overall our experience was good Jason. If you were to ask which experience was really outstanding, we`d say:

_Stay at Kiri Dara Hotel & Elephant Farm 

_La Vela Cruise on Halong Bay

These were really fabulous experiences because of the locations, experience, the people and amazing service!

Thank You for the planning, organising and execution in all 3 countries. We had a good time and shall most definitely recommend your services to our friends.

In any case I trust we`ll see you again some time as we`ll be heading back in for a holiday  – remember the “motorbike tour” that we discussed….
