We have all arrived back home safely thank you. It was nice to meet you too. Thank you for taking the time to come meet us, and for the photo. We all enjoyed our holiday very much, and we are all happy that we chose to travel with your company. In reply to your question, all the guides were excellent – helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and with a good balance between being willing to engage in conversation, and allowing us time to ourselves. We would like to particularly thank both Mr Lee for getting us checked into our flight, and Ms Mo for hand delivering us all the way into our cabin on the train back to HaNoi.
All the drivers were very professional and helpful, their vans were clean and comfortable, and the air-conditioning very welcome in for what was for us some very warm weather.
The cruise on Halong bay was very very nice. It was a good sized boat for a small party like ours, and the English speaking guide that the cruise company had hired (Ms Ha) was very pleasant and helpful .
We were very comfortable in all the hotels. The hotel in Hoian was particularly nice – the rooms were lovely, the area the hotel was in was beautiful, and the manager was very friendly and engaging.
We would happily stay in any of the hotels again, except for the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, which while it was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful, the décor was tired, and the breakfast wasn’t as good as at the other hotels.
You didn’t ask, but I’d like to mention that the arrangements for lunch were all excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed all our lunches. We have discussed the trip, and would happily recommend arranging a trip through your company to others.
