We were very happy with the service

Yes everthing were good

Only one improvemnet

Some of hotels had defective bathrooms

For example water leaking out of the bathtub

This was a problem in hue and hanoi

It was especially bad in Hanoi

I didn’t like the Hanoi hotel as much

But the Hoi An hotel and Halong Bay cruise were very good

Driver and guides were also very helpful
