Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Style Travel. By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions.
The Terms and Conditions are valid at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. However, should the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply.
Tour prices are valid till December 2013, nett and quoted in American dollar per person.
2. Included in quoted programs
As per itinerary
Deposit payment can be settled by bank transfer, telegraphic transfer, credit card authorization letter or through Western Union Global Transfer. Deposits are 25% of the booking total is required at booking. (If the total amount is less than US$500, 50% deposit will be applied).
4. Cancellation and Refund
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via email or fax. If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:
Tours & Accommodation (Applied for FIT group)
- Above 15 days before departure: no cancellation charge
- Between 15 and 10 days before departure: cancellation fee of 15% of the cost
- Between 09 and 05 days before departure: cancellation fee of 40% of the cost
- Between 04 days and 02 days before departure: cancellation fee 65% of the cost
- Less than 48 hours before departure or No show: cancellation fee is 100% of the cost
- Change flight times/dates: $17/ticket/time
- Refund, re-route fee: 30% of full fare.
To avoid any money lose for customers, we will negotiate our best in case the late cancellation happens.
5. Final Payment
The balance will be paid no later than 15 days before the departure date or settled upon arrival but the agreement must be accepted by both sides.
6. Refund of Unused services
No Refunds or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transports or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.
Voucher will be issued by Style Travel after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is completed. A service voucher will be sent by email/fax or snail mail to passenger.
8. Liability and Insurance
Style Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by passengers.
Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation on any tour implies full agreement to above conditions by all parties involved.
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return fax or e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
