Routes: Hanoi – Ninh Binh – Hue
Day 1: Hanoi Arrival
You are warmly welcomed by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi. In the afternoon, an excursion tour by cyclo around the Old Quarter to explore the daily life of Vietnamese. In the Evening: enjoy water puppet show; the art only exists in Vietnam. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2: Hanoi – Dong Anh (B, L)
After breakfast, start your trip at your hotel to Co Loa, Dong Anh district. Throughout history, Co Loa was nominated twice as the capital of Vietnam: the first time during the An Duong Vuong era in the late 3rd and early 2nd century BC, and the second time during the Ngo Vuong Quyen reign in the middle of the 10th century. Visit Co Loa and its countryside to learn about Vietnam History. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 3: Hanoi – Hoa Lu & Tam Coc (B, L)
Leave Hanoi capital to Ninh Binh, the ancient capital of Vietnam in 10th century. In 968, Dinh Bo Linh ascended to the throne and took the name of King Dinh Tien Hoang and reunified the country under the name of Dai Co Viet and Hoa Lu was its capital for 41 years (968-1009). Visit the two temples of kings Dinh and Le to learn more about Vietnam History and visit Tam Coc which is surnamed 'Inland Halong Bay'. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 4: Hanoi – Hue (B)
Free time until take flight to Hue, the Capital of Vietnam from 1802 to 1945 by King Nguyen. Up to now, there is no place like Hue remaining a lot of originally historical vestiges as in this ancient Capital City. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel for check – in. In the afternoon, take a boat tour along Huong River to perceive the beauty of Hue traditional fork song. Overnight in Hue.
Day 5: Hue City Tour – Hanoi (or Ho Chi Minh City) (B, L)
Visit to Imperial Citadel including Flag Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace and Forbidden Purple City. Have typical lunch in Hue. After lunch, transfer to airport for a flight to Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
